Had 4 estate agents round to quote for putting our property on the market in June 2021. Each agent came up with the same price and we acted on our gut instinct as to who we would go with. So glad we chose Andrew. He was brilliant from day one. Great communication, and information was constant and clear. Even now we have completed, & seeking a property outside of the area, he still says shout if I can help!. Praise to Jasmine, his 'sidekick' too. She was also a joy to deal with. Thank goodness we chose Andrew of the Chandler's Ford branch.

Lynne at Goadsby was very extremely helpful in selling my mother???s flat. Even during covid she continued to communicate with me in advising when the people were starting to look at properties. I have finally sold with no issues. Thank you Lynne.

Worst experience so far with an estate agent. Didn't provide the keys and documents to us in time on our moving in day, which resulted in a rushed check-in inventory report and poor communication, delays and unprofessional behaviour from their staff. Will never use again and would strongly recommend to avoid using.
