We had a wonderful experience viewing the property yesterday with Alex. She was absolutely lovely — very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She made us feel very welcome, answered all our questions and made the whole viewing experience really pleasant. We are still waiting to hear whether the landlord will accept our application, so we don’t know the outcome yet, but we are keeping our fingers crossed and really hope everything goes well. We would be delighted to have the opportunity to make this beautiful house our home. We had a problem with a leak in our bathroom. I contacted Bianca Murphy who arranged for a contractor to call that day. The contractor attended as arranged and fixed the problem. Bianca was very polite and efficient . She kept us informed of what was happening . She is a credit to herself and Goadsby's .The problem was fixed swiftly. Thank you
