Our purchase was organized by Kieran who conducted the whole transaction in a very professional manner. All queries were answered promptly and he did quite a lot of work at the end to finally get the deal done.

David Hardwick from Broadstone Goadsby Estate Agent, came to value my Mother’s property very shortly after her death, obviously a very difficult time. He was a very professional, personable gentleman and put me at ease straight away explaining the procedure. Buyers were found very quickly and 11 months later are now the proud owners of the property. Along the way there were a couple of hitches, Liz Truss’ monetary policy and its long term effects on mortgages and a break lower down in the chain. However, throughout the intervening months and the hitches David Hardwick kept me informed every step of the way in a positive manner. He was an excellent ambassador for the company and in his absence he left Sophie in charge of our transaction. Sophie was also very efficient. Thank you David Hardwick and Sophie for all their hard work. I would thoroughly recommend the company and the personnel.

We recently purchased our first home through Goadsby with Sophie. Sophie was amazing throughout the whole process! Being first time buyers we didn't really understand the whole process and what everything meant, but Sophie took her time to go through everything with us from start to finish which was a massive help. If we emailed/called Sophie would get back to us so quickly and was alway happy to help us with anything. We would defiantly recommend Goadsby Broadstone to anyone, you will defiantly be in safe hands!
