Really great team. We dealt with Tom and Chris, who were both very helpful, but mainly with Sophie, who was brilliant throughout. It wasn’t the smoothest transaction, but Sophie made sure to keep everything moving and we got there in the end. Thanks to all three of you for helping us sell and buy our new home!

Tom was the estate agent for the sellers of the house we were buying, but throughout the whole process he went above and beyond to help us too. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, but Tom was always approachable, helpful and kept us informed. He went out of his way to keep things moving, answer questions and help whenever there were any issues, even though we weren’t technically his clients. His communication, professionalism and genuine willingness to help made such a difference to our whole experience. It’s rare to come across someone who puts that much effort into making sure everyone gets to the finish line. We’ve now moved into our new home and couldn’t be happier, and Tom played a big part in helping make that happen. We’re so grateful for everything he did for us and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent.
