Staff were friendly and approachable and seemed to be genuinely interested in our particular business, even though they must be in the course of dealing with loads of other customers in similar circumstances as us. George went the extra mile in helping us print, fill in and send off some forms which had to catch the post that night.

Original valuation lead to high expectations which did not appear in the existing market , perhaps delaying atracting Buyers in initial period.<br />However appreciated the flexibility in the fee structure which allowed fee to reflect the sale price variation from original valuation.
