After viewing over a dozen properties with different estate agents, some of which seemed to put in the minimum effort, not being able to answer the simplest of questions. Tommy Howard of Goadsby estate agents was notable for his proactive approach. He had obviously done his homework. He was knowledgeable about the property and keen to follow up the viewing asking our thoughts about the property. He’s the agent I’d want selling my house.
