Nicole did extremely well in getting a n in-experienced FTB buyer to perform in the required time frames despite a number of hiccups on the buyers side. Not easy and a very pressured situation. Nicole handled it very well.

We were selling Dad's house as he had recently died. Both Tim and Levi were very helpful giving advice on what we needed to do etc. They kept us informed regularly and made what was a sensitive situation less stressful. We appreciate all that they did to help us sell what was the family home for 60+ years.<br />

Charlotte worked extremely well with the Purchase Progression personnel re our Cheltenham purchase.<br />There was a long chain involved.<br />We think it would be v useful if you printed the Total Sq footage/ meterage on your Sales Brochures. We found this a hugely useful stat. when looking for our next property & many Agents do include it.

Everything was excellent and I was communicated either via email or sent letter by post. I had 2 viewings of the property and Rebecca was on time and gave us our space.
