I have just rented a flat from Goadsby and was assisted by Isabelle Klein. I can't speak highly enough about how professional and responsible the service was. This made the process seamless. I wouldn't look elsewhere when it comes to estate agents within the South of England.

Charlotte and Colin were fantastic from the very beginning and extremely informative and reassuring throughout the process. <br /><br />I am a firm believer in, credit where credit is due. They has been an absolute pleasure to work with and it was so refreshing to have an estate agent call you back when they said they would. <br /><br />Given the current situation of the pandemic, buying a house has been a hell of a lot more stressful than normal but Charlotte was there every step of the way to answer and advise on any questions or uncertainty we had. Her professionalism was second to none. I cannot recommend Goadsby enough. <br /><br />Thank you for all your hard work. It has been much appreciated, I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone buying or selling! <br />

Thomas was a credit to your agency. He was enthusiastic without being annoying! and kept us informed every step of the way. There were some issues with one of the freeholders signing a lease but Thomas stepped in and helped in resolving this for everyone.

It was a pleasure to deal with all the team at the Bournemouth office. I had unsuccessfully tried to sell the property via another agent previously and the Goadsby team were far more professional than the other agent. They kept me well informed throughout and very responsive to any queries or questions. Excellent service.

Having had valuations from 3 different estate agents, we felt Colin's valuation was realistic and achievable. We also looked at the office in Bournemouth and felt that the office and the staff looked professional. We also liked that there are a large number of Goadsby branches which we felt might help to 'cast the net wider'.
