Excellent overall experience, highly recommend!

Having had valuations from 3 different estate agents, we felt Colin's valuation was realistic and achievable. We also looked at the office in Bournemouth and felt that the office and the staff looked professional. We also liked that there are a large number of Goadsby branches which we felt might help to 'cast the net wider'.

It was a pleasure to deal with all the team at the Bournemouth office. I had unsuccessfully tried to sell the property via another agent previously and the Goadsby team were far more professional than the other agent. They kept me well informed throughout and very responsive to any queries or questions. Excellent service.

I was very impressed with the Customer Service from the Colin Harris. He was always very diligent, he answered all my queries (wich were a lot! ) very quick and patiently, he was very Knowledgeable and in some cases gave me more information and guidance than the mortgage broker or the solicitors even.<br />I just want to express my sincere gratitude to Colin who made this process smooth for me. <br />

As we live almost 200 miles away, from my Aunts property, we were impressed with the service and professionalism whenever we contacted the office and as the Household Insurance required a weekly visit, whilst the bungalow was empty during the Winter months this service provided by Goadsby was ideal.<br />Thank you.
