Excellent service from initial market appraisal to completion of sale. I would highly recommend Charlotte, Rebecca and the Bournemouth office team. From putting the flat on the market to completion was under 4 months so faster than I expected too. I did ask other estate agents in the area for appraisals earlier in the year and Charlotte was the only one to put together a mock up appraisal report and actually keep in contact to see if I wanted to sell. As someone who works in sales I'm amazed that others didn't follow up, pursue potential interest...so feedback would be keep doing what you are doing! Really disappointing experience. For anyone who will ever deal with the estate agents employed by Goadsby, don't believe a single word. I was shown a flat by a lovely young lady, who, during the viewing confirmed premises will be professionally cleaned prior the move in date and brought to a high standard (the previous tenants had left the flat in a terrible state). On the day when the keys were handed to me, the young lady from Goadsby had been in the flat herself, however didn't mention to me that no cleaning, nor repairs had been carried out. She even gladly took the fererro rocher chocolate box with a smile on her face I had purchased, as I trusted the flat had been cleaned/ repairs carried out. When I went to my new flat, I discovered that the flat was still in an unsanitary state with mould on most of the walls, floor unclean, silicone in the bathorrom riddled with mould and so on. When I later called the Goadsby agent, my call went to voicemail and I never heard back, nor received an apology. The management agency for the property had only one reply "nobody had complained about the state of the flat, hence we decided it is up to a suitable standard". It is really horrifying to think that a client has to expect to be treated with dishonesty and made fun of for wanting a clean, mould free flat. Leving a few pictures of the standards they deemed accepatble. Shambles!

Charlotte and the team were excellent. Not only have I deal with them as a buyer, but now a seller. The reason I used them to sell my property is I knew how comprehensive they were when it comes to co-ordinating to legal process. I feel that offers are important, but having been burned in the past with someone dropping out end of sale, I knew Goadsby would be the most qualified people to navigate the process. I was very happy with both buying and selling and can highly recommend.

Goadsby kept us fully informed during our purchase, got relevant feedback from all parties and lawyers and have been been exceptional making for a quick and stress-free purchase.
