They have good value properties and the process to move in is pretty speedy. However there seem to be not enough support once you moved in - for example if there's any maintenance issue or you need to do some extra paperwork. Also before I officially got a key I was informed my place is unfurnished then when I got it the place is full of stuff (while I already ordered mine) and some broken furnitures too so quite a trouble - and the agent is too busy to take responsibility for it.

I'm one of those annoying people that call every day to check on progress because I had a very short window to find a place and move. Oliver was epic from day one! New to his role, he was always professional and dealt with any queries very quickly. Oliver is an asset to Goadsby so I felt the need to leave him a personal review. Hats off to whoever trained Oliver as well. Great job 💪🏻. Thanks again for putting up with my pestering.
