They secured an acceptable price for the sale. Hayley, Rebecca and all the team at Goadsby have been absolutely amazing. Our property was advertised well and we had about 15 viewings in the first 2 weeks of it being up for sale. We put the house on the market in the middle of April and had an offer of full asking price by the beginning of June. When is original sale fell through, Goadsby were immediately back on it, marketing our property and getting viewing in. Again it went back on at the end of August and we had an offer which we accepted by the middle of September. The sale process has not been easy through no fault of Goadsby, just various solicitors etc. but again Rebecca was always on hand to talk to and reassure us that it would all be fine. I would throughly recommend anyone selling their property that they do so with the team from Goadsby in Blandford.
