This has proved to be a difficult year in the business of buying and selling houses. The journey is a bit like a roller coaster, only without the fun! The whole team were great from start to finish. Regular phone calls from Simon keeping me abreast of all that was going on and even going out to check the heating system for me. We have used estate agents before where they have done very little for their money. On this occasion I felt that things were being driven for us and coordinated. Hayley from start to finish has been really good and is an absolute credit to your team. When I rang the office all the staff were really friendly with a can-do attitude. Some estate agents in the town can be snobby and turn their noses up at you.

All staff at Goadsby acted excellently on our behalf. It has obviously been a difficult time and we lost our first buyer at the start of the first lockdown in March. Goadsby were quick to get new viewings in when the guidelines allowed and we quickly secured a new buyer. Hayley was excellent at keeping us informed and updated on the lead up to exchange and beyond. I happily recommend Goadsby in Blandford.

Hayley was polite professional and extremely knowledgeable throughout the process. We tried to sell during Brexit and Covid and things did get very stressful her calm approach was very welcome.
