Great from start to finish, a brilliant team

Brilliant service and communication, very patient and understanding. Rebecca was fantastic at sorting a few issues we had from the previous homeowner, was very supportive and professional. Thank you very much.

Enthusiasm tenacity and above all the friendliness of all the staff which kept me going when I was on the verge of giving up.

Rebecca was very helpful throughout the purchase and kept in regular contact with us. She passed on our questions to the sellers and vice versa very quickly and was easily contactable.

The agent (Rebecca) who showed us around the house was very friendly, helpful and professional. Our progressor (Simon Cumming) was particularly helpful in following up very promptly questions we wished to ask the vendor. We were very pleased with the service Goadsby provided.

Simon extremely helpful even though we sold with another agent. I regret not using goadsby to sell now. If in the future if I was going to sell, I would use goadsby... I think the chain would have fallen apart without Simon and his communication skills. Also messages and calls were answered quickly.

It's always a difficult time selling a relative's house but when you live at a distance and during a pandemic it's doubly so. Thankfully, Hayley was our agent and she could not have made it easier. Not only did she sell the property within days but she dealt with all the little things that we were not able to do personally. She made the whole experience, with frequent phone calls etc, run so smoothly that we are sure could not have been bettered.
