After almost nine months of house hunting and dealing with a number of different agents along the way, Freya has been, without question, the most professional, open, kind and genuine person we have dealt with throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, their communication has been exceptional. They have always made the effort to seek out the information we needed, kept us constantly updated and, importantly, have always been open and transparent with us when there have been issues or difficulties within the chain. What particularly stood out was the way they managed to balance representing and supporting their client, the vendor, while at the same time making us feel supported and informed as buyers. At no point did we feel that we were simply being managed through a transaction. Freya genuinely seemed to care about getting the right outcome for everyone involved.
